I am Fernando Lopez, a devoted father, husband, executive, and competitive athlete deeply committed to the art of life-work balance. My journey in time management and unlocking success pathways for others has evolved through extensive professional and athletic experiences.
From an early age, I harbored dreams of being a professional athlete. My childhood was filled with diverse sporting activities like soccer, BMX, and track and field. Despite family limitations preventing a full-time athletic career early on, I focused on academic achievements while nurturing my passion for sports. Today, I boast over two decades of experience as an advanced windsurfer, a competitive soccer player, and a Taekwondo black belt.
My triathlon journey, which spans more than 200 races internationally including prestigious Ironman events, extreme triathlons, and marathons, began later in life. Initially drawn to adventure racing and mountain biking, I eventually gravitated towards more demanding endurance challenges. The road was tough, often navigating training complexities without a coach, which inspired me to become the mentor I once needed.
As a certified Ironman coach and USAT certified trainer, I blend my rich athletic background with over two decades of business leadership to guide individuals towards achieving their ultimate potential. Whether coaching beginners or seasoned athletes, I focus on tailored training methodologies that respect individual life commitments and professional aspirations.
